Responsibility: The borrower is fully responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the books they have borrowed from the Global Library.
Replacement or Repair: If the book that you have borrowed is lost or badly damaged, you may need to buy a new one or pay for repairs, as the library decides.
Report immediately: In the event of a lost book, please promptly inform the library staff by sending an email to glus@jgu.edu.in. This will help you avoid overdue charges.
Processing: The in-charge of the Circulation Section will get in touch with you to guide you through the process of either replacing the book or paying its cost.
Review of circumstances: Each case of loss or damage will be reviewed on an individual basis, and the library may take into account specific circumstances surrounding the incident.
