Dharmveer is passionate about making information accessible and helping people navigate the digital world of research. With a Master’s in Library and Information Science and a background in Biomedical Engineering, he brings a unique perspective to information management and research support.
He also holds a PG Diploma in Digital Library and Data Management, with key interests in Open Access research and Information Literacy. He enjoys exploring ways to make scholarly resources more accessible and helping users develop the skills needed to find and use information effectively.
His work focuses on digital libraries, research support, and knowledge organization. Whether managing digital resources or advocating for open access, he is dedicated to projects that enhance information discovery and usability.
When not engaged in libraries and research, he enjoys exploring new tech tools and keeping up with the latest trends in digital knowledge management.
