About me
With a deep passion for information management and technology-driven library services, she is currently serving as a Global Library Trainee at O.P. Jindal Global University. She holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the Central University of Himachal Pradesh, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Physics and Mathematics from Guru Nanak Dev University.
Her journey in library sciences has been both dynamic and rewarding. During her tenure as a Library Professional Trainee at IIT Gandhinagar, she gained invaluable experience in information resource management, research support, user services, and digital library initiatives. She also contributed to forward-thinking projects such as “Smart Libraries” and “Library Liaisons,” which focused on enhancing user engagement and integrating technology into library systems.
At O.P. Jindal Global University, she is dedicated to leveraging her expertise in library science, digital resources, and user engagement to foster an enriching and accessible learning environment. Her interests include research support, emerging library technologies, and outreach initiatives aimed at bridging the gap between traditional libraries and modern information needs.
She believes libraries are more than repositories of books—they are vibrant hubs of knowledge, collaboration, and innovation. Through her role, she strives to enhance user experiences, streamline library services, and contribute meaningfully to the ever-evolving landscape of academic libraries.
