Visitors of all backgrounds, including students, faculty, and scholars from other universities, government officials, and the general public, are welcome to use the Global Library’s facilities and collections. However, visitors must first obtain permission from the library by filling out the form provided below. A visitor pass will be issued upon review of the request by library authorities. Visitors without a pass will not be allowed to enter the university campus. Visitors must also bring a government-issued photo ID with them.
Visitors are only allowed to refer the library’s collections. They can’t borrow books. They are also allowed to use the library’s paid printing and photocopying services subject to university policies.
Visitors may access the library’s electronic resources while inside the library building by using the university’s wireless network or library computers. However, mass downloading of electronic materials is strictly prohibited.
