The Global Library has taken license to access The Caravan – a captivating English monthly dedicated to the art of long-form narrative journalism.
The Caravan was launched in 1940 by the Delhi Press – one of the India’s longstanding publishing houses. After operating for several decades, it closed down in 1988, and again revived after more than two decades in January 2010. Members of the Global Library can access all the issues of The Caravan since its revival in 2010.
To access The Caravan, you have the following options:
- If you are on campus, simply open your browser and navigate to The Caravan’s website or visit the library webpage and browse through the section for Individual journals and magazines.http://library.jgu.edu.in/content/individual-journals-magazines
- For remote access, you can log in to the Remotelog page and locate the block labeled “Individual Journals and Magazines.” From there, you will be able to access The Caravan online.
