Kumari Champa Varma

About me

Kumari Champa Varma is a recent graduate of the Central University of Tamil Nadu, where she completed a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh. In addition to her academic accomplishments, she has gained valuable hands-on experience through an internship at NIT Jamshedpur and a year-long traineeship at IIT Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Her passion for the field is rooted in the significant role libraries play in the dissemination of diverse information, which has grabbed her interest.

Her professional areas of focus include Information Literacy, Information Retrieval Systems, Information Technology, and Intellectual Property Rights.

Apart of her professional pursuits, she has a keen interest in reading biographies, fictional novels, and poetry. She also finds creative expression through the art of Mandala design and illustration, hobbies that allow her to explore and unwind through visual storytelling
